This external associate is a replacement for an EA who left in the spring. With the development of ICP, there is a strong business need for the development of solutions that will capture customer signatures or affirmations, based on the channel that the customer is using to contact State Farm (e.g., agent, CCC, online). As we continue to work on delivering these electronic signature and affirmation capabilities for ICP and the Enterprise, we need Business Analysts who can help develop and drive strategy around how these capabilities would be leveraged and optimized at State Farm. Knowledge of electronic signatures is obviously a big plus, but a BA with learning agility and flexibility could be successful in this role as well. Other responsibilities include identifying requirements and ultimately optimal solution for our customers, needs. Looking for someone with initiative, excellent written and verbal communication skills, who works well in a collaborative team environment and has strong customer focus. Candidate should also have strong relationship building skills as success in this role relies heavily on one’s ability to build partnerships with counterparts from other DCs/DCPs and business areas.
