*Role: SAS/BI DeveloperLocation: East Hartford, CT Duration: 12+ Months* *PROJECT/SYSTEM OVERVIEW* The Department of Education is seeking a Web & SAS Business Intelligence developer to create reports and assist in data source development under the Statewide Longitudinal Data Systems (SLDS) project. The source systems, a relational operational data store and a dimensional data warehouse, are SQL Server 2010 databases. Data loads are performed using SAS ETL jobs. The system presents SAS and SQL tables for reporting and analysis purposes and utilizes stored processes for HTML output. *SCOPE OF WORK* The Agency needs a developer to work with business partners, project managers, subject matter experts, and report developers to review report specifications and create reports and interactive data objects utilizing SAS tools. The developer will create reports for public and secure users and offer creative input to the design process.
