E.g., master data, order/transaction maintenance, process. • Provide training and knowledge transfer on APO and ECC to Brand Supply Leaders (BSLs) and site planners (as required) • Perform investigation, analysis and proposal for long term E2E network planning APO model § Current model propagates market demand upstream all the way to API. Determine if the 'manual downstream plan repair process’ is sustainable for BSL / sites § Work with BT SMEs to understand further system utilization or enhancement alternatives to ensure a scalable, sustainable process for SNP planning (constrained, rough cut capacity planning). If necessary, this diligence results in enhancements.
