*Position: Sr. Project Manager* *Location: Alpharetta, GA* *Duration: 1+ year contract* *Job Description:* The Manager is responsible for overseeing all implementation activities for client implementations ensuring customer needs are satisfied through providing specific deliverables, delivering project on schedule and within budget. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* Manage project's scope, estimate of hours and accommodates changes Serves as project escalation point for issues impacting project success that requires resolution Leads inter-departmental coordination efforts required for specific project tasks. Administrative Functions - coordination of meetings, training sessions. Provides immediate feedback to team members regarding their performance *REQUIRED SKILLS:* 5 years of experience managing multiple complex projects. Understands the HR, payroll and benefits industry where it relates to the strategic direction for products and services. Experience with complex HR, Benefits, and/or Payroll application/services Hands-on experience using project management software. Experience managing implementations and/or change requests Projects for PeopleSoft or other Enterprise Payroll/s. Solid written and oral communication skills *HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS:* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems.
