*Job Title: Software Developer* *Location: San Diego, CA* *Duration: 6 months and Possibility of extension* *Description:* We are looking for candidates who have worked on the below BI tools with Teradata Database. • Tableau • Microstrategy • Cognos • OBIEE • SAS • BO both BI and DI • Data Stage • Informatica *Teradata Dual Active Integration Lab* *Business Intelligence and ETL Developer* *Summary Description:* The Business Intelligence and ETL Developer position will be responsible for working with the Teradata Dual Active Engineering Team to define and build a representative customer workload that will be executed through Unity Director/Loader. Successful candidates will install Teradata and Partner products in order to successfully test and certify dual active solutions. The developer will work in and contributing to a fully agile and automated integration and testing process. *Key Areas of Responsibility: * Install and configure a customer representative mixed workload in the Dual Active Integration Lab that includes up to three different time zones, including installation and configuration of Teradata and third-party products Design, and develop test cases that verify product operation and interoperability, including performance assessments and failover/recovery strategies Document test case results, including product configuration information Providing recommendations/suggestions for improving testing efficiency Provide product usability and enhancement feedback to both TD product and partner development teams. *Work Environment:* This position is located in Rancho Bernardo.
