Study and Analyze functional and technical documents and identify test scenarios and work with team to create Test Plan / Test Case. Understanding of customer's testing needs so that they can be transformed into testing requirements and working with testing team to guide them execute test plans and validate results /log defects. · Around 8 years’ experience in Life/Health insurance operation process in a reputed insurance company. · Hands on experience of Life/Health Insurance Business Processes: New Business, Underwriting, Policy Servicing and Claims processes and Actuary knowledge with reference to Life/Health products in NA market. · Previous experience of testing project in Health and Life Insurance.
