Work description:

implementing Verint speech analytics to a large insurance or financial
services organization.

The intention if the PAR is to acquire an individual who can be an active
contributer to the project, while also embracing the expectation of
knowledge transfer to State Farm business associates assigned to this
effort.

Because of the specific nature of the role, if external sourcing is able to
locate potential candidates I'd request the opportunity to partner with
external sourcing near the end of the process to ensure the right
qualitifications exist for the potential candidates.

If the fit is not strong, we will likely withdraw the PAR.

Expected work to be completed by the requested resource includes, but is
not limited to, facilitating meetings with multiple business partners,
providing guidance to architecture and system partners consistent with
overall project direction, sharing experiences applicable to project
objectives outlined below, and creating workflows for support, governance,
and end user roles.



- What business knowledge is needed?

Need to have:

The requested resource will need to have previous experience with
implementing Speech Analytics into a company from the business standpoint.

This will be demonstrated by knowledge of best practices to follow along
with items learned that should not be repeated.

Knowledge of leading practices for creating support structure,
governance/oversight, process flows for case studies, creating new and
modifying existing categories, and keeping categories manageable over time.



Nice to have:

It would be preferred that the above mentioned experience would be from a
largely sized company to be more applicable to our needs.



- What technical skills are needed?

Need to have:

Usage of a Speech Analytics application from a business user (analyst
level) is desired.

Nice to have:

If no business user experience, then usage from a systems or support
perspective is preferable.



- What data knowledge is needed?

Need to have:

Data analytics on Speech Analytics data to highlight trends, determine root
causes, build and maintain categories, and develop reports to share with
