Coordinate with end users and external parties (vendors, consultants…etc.) as appropriate. • Validate overall service availability, performance, integrity, redundancy, security, and business continuity. Conduct disaster recovery testing and backup and recovery testing. • Participate in IT support for Global Services projects, facilities projects, datacenter infrastructure, and M&A projects. Play a proactive role in identifying and helping to resolve critical issues that may arise in each functional area. • When required, travel to other sites and offices for IT implementation and support. • Manage and maintain procurement, inventory, and lifecycle of IT assets. Perform routine audits of systems and software. Track new orders and coordinate delivery and receiving of IT assets. • Will be required to carry a Mobile Phone and respond to after hours “on call” support issues.
