Should also be able to handle the technical recruiters team. • Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time. • Ensure continuous client satisfaction related to quality control checks and compliance requirements. • Accountable for all account management tasks concerning job orders, pay rate, bill rate, Contract with the Client etc. • Use consultative approaches in building highly productive business relationships including identifying new client needs and creative solutions. • Communicates regularly with client to ensure satisfaction with newly placed individuals and resolves issues promptly. • Monitors and ensure adherence to client policies and procedures. • Responsible for all documentation with the Client once the candidate is placed. • Respond to all questions, issues, and requests generated by client managers and/or contingent workers in a timely and professional manner. • Should Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and sourcing, preliminary interviewing, reference checking, salary/Rate negotiations etc. Sr. Technical Recruiter Location : Begumpet, Hyderabad Start: Immediate. Salary + Incentives: Best in industry Job Description: Recruit candidates on W2, 1099, C2C and Full Time requirements Strong understanding on Search Strings and techniques to search qualified candidates in time. Experience on working for direct client requirement. Ability to communicate with the client representative about the requirements. Strong leadership skills and willingness to train Jr. Recruiters/Fresher’s. Send daily/weekly reports to reporting manager and be a part of meetings to increase revenue generation. Experience : • 2- 4 years exp level Yrs of experience in US Staffing. • Willingness to work in accordance with US time zones (Night Shift). Self starter with excellent communication skills.
