We seeks a Network Consulting Engineer to help clients maximize network availability and functionality to achieve their business outcomes. The NCE delivers the technologies, solutions and services that SP clients need to expertly manage their networks. In this role, you will be "Cisco's face to the client," working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering on our commitments. With a seasoned mix of broad networking knowledge, service provider expertise, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, you will need to become a trusted advisor capable of building solid, long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex network problems & designs Build simulated networks in test labs to resolve problems and compatibility issues Provides ad hoc systems/product training May act as the technical specialist for complex deployments Handle escalated situations and work closely with Cisco TAC, Sales, and Engineering to resolve service issues.
