Needed are individuals with a great attention to detail who are thorough and thoughtful when analyzing requirements, creating test cases and independently performing as a functional QA tester. *Responsibilities:* Extensive experience of different types of testing e.g. Security Testing, Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing and, Load and Performance Testing. Extensive experience of functional testing of PeopleSoft Financials modules Participate in the testing process through test reviews and analysis, and certification of software designs, plans, and coordinating the work team Proficient in writing Test Strategies, formal Test Plans and, creating Test Cases and Scenarios (scripts), following a proven QA methodology. Experience in working with HP Quality Center and QTP Automation Tools, creating test cases and performing defect management in Quality Center and working with Developers and reporting results to team members. Facilitate daily triage and weekly status meetings with Project Manager, Developers and with Business Users.
