1. Primary requirement is to do development in Scala , but it is
difficult to get Scala experts . If possible great , otherwise candidate
should be strong in core java and knowledge of Scala should be sufficient )
*Core Java :* *Data structures , Java collections , memory management ,
OOPS , basic design patterns , exception handling . Does not need web
services , JMS , EJB exp.*
*2. Look for candidates average to good in Kafka , Sparks , Storms ,
Cassandra .*
3. Evaluation criteria
a. Written test
b. One round of interview
c. One round of 30-45 mins telephonic interview from customer
d. 45-60 mins Skype round
