· Should have exposure on working on end to end recru*it*ment cycle
· It is for US Timings
· Should be well versed w*it*h working on jobs*it*es(Dice,
Monster..), networking s*it*es and other sourcing methods.
· Expertise in using various sourcing methods including traditional
job boards, social media, networking, web-mining, and cold-calling.
· High level understanding and screening capability in various
technologies
· Positive attitude to thrive in an aggressive and highly
competitive environment.
· Demonstrated ability in hiring candidates across geographies
within the US
· Good understanding of US Staffing statutory requirements, HR and
contracting process, pay rates etc.
· Experience in C2C, W2, Contract to hire positions.
· Ability to work on multiple requirements and source quality
profiles.
· Self-motivated, passionate recruiter with hands on experience in
IT Technical Recruiting for US staffing Market.
