Position: Data/informatica Analyst Location: Raritan, NJ Duration: 4+ Months Contract *Rate: $45/hr on C2C/1099* *Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder* Role Description: Data Analyst Role of the data analyst requires proven experience with data definition, data governance, data quality and data cataloging. The Data Analyst is expected to populate and maintain the data catalog including business definition, identifying ownership, and mapping relationships to other data assets. The role will also map the business term to the underlying technical data assets initially as stored within the AS Data Warehouse (ASDW) and then to the source systems. This role requires the ability to engage with system owners and data consumers to clearly define data from both business and technical perspectives including reconciling differences. Experience applying data quality techniques to validate and score data conformity to the definition is expected. This will entail use of data profiling methods and a wide range of data analysis skills. Ability to maintain, refine and expand the AS Logical Data Model consistent with the organizations data analytics strategies is desired. *Experience with Collibra, Informatica Analyst, Informatica Metadata Manager is essential including the importation of metadata in various formats.
