Clear explanation of how their code interacts with SharePoint, perform major object oriented implmentations, pulling data to and from SharePoint, creating web parts, explanation of methods, populating to spread sheets, use of webservices or SQL to move data into and out of SharePoint. This person will be doing backend development with C# and SharePoint, extensive use of Powershell, deciphering business requirements, designing documents, unit testing, and creating deployment plans. He or she will also be working with customers to validate design and in collaboration with the QA team for testing purposes.
