Location: Basking Ridge, NJ* *phone, Skype, Face to face or a combination of the three)* *GC. GC-EAD, USC* *Job Description:* This position will support the EEMS application (Electronic Eligibility Management System). The position is within the Systems Analysis team, which will be comprised of 6 SAs and one manager. The EEMS SA team will work in a scrum with Development and QA counterparts. The SA team will be a mixture of business focused SAs and technical SAs. This is a technical position - a good candidate will have Java coding experience, will be able to help the development team with detailed design, and will be able to perform development tasks when needed. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position Extract business requirements and prepare the detailed functional and technical specifications that follow project guidelines. Ensure that system design adheres to target architectures. Guide teammates from SA and development teammates on system solutions, including when to utilize Java vs rules vs integration bus. Work closely with Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure requirements and design are completely understood. Communicate design to all stakeholders and varying levels of the organization. Act as the liaison between Business and Quality Analysts, Developers and project management groups. Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution. Work closely with business teams to strategize solutions that support long term business objectives. Ensure IT deliverables align with business requirements with measurable results. Collaborate with QA team to ensure testing efforts align with system deliveries and business processes. Lead and mentor other Systems Analysts. Please note that this is a technical role not functional one.
