Every week we hold an open meeting to discuss ICTD at UW. This week, we will have Anthony Poon presenting "*bus: Building a Public Transportation Information System in Kyrgyzstan". The *bus team just arrived from their tests in Bishkek. Come hear how their bottom-up, transportation information infrastructure using GPS and SMS worked out in the field. As always, we will leave room at the end for other open topics.
