Your announcement and the website leave me with questions. What is the site for, what is its purpose or mission or remit? Is it a news site? A blog? The website for a project called HCI4D? The website for a funding programme? A new website for TIER? A list of funding opportunities? What was the reason for setting up a new site rather than joining an existing effort? What are the sources of information? How often will it be updated? > I would like to stress the importance on getting information, in > particular, for the funding slot. It would be useful to centralise this information rather than having to search many different sites and networks (and still relying on word of mouth). I suspect that you will have to collect this information for yourselves, by joining various networks, rather than relying on people to submit it to you, although I could be wrong and it might work. Is it enough/appropriate to forward news of funding opportunities to this list to get them onto HCI4D.org?
