Prof. Pankaj Jalote, Director of the International Institute for Information Technology in Delhi is looking for faculty hires at what is mostly a CS school, but not strictly limited to CS. He's doing a fantastic job building IIIT-Delhi into a quality institution, and he's a strong computer scientist in his own right (in software engineering). He's also excited about ICTD.
