Hi TIER folks Serendipitously came across this really neat article from nytimes, on an innovative company, using "frugal innovation" to bring electricity to the dark villages of Bihar, India http://opinionator.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/01/10/a-light-in-india/ IMHO, this could have huge potential for (partial ?) electrification of villages in Africa too. Very inspiring Best, ashish *"We act as though comfort and luxury were the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about." -- Albert Einstein* -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
