This Thursday at Change, we will be hosting a discussion on the recent co-located conferences ICTD and ACM DEV, which were held in London in December 2010. We will provide a overview of the goals and intended audiences of both conferences and talk about the development of the ICTD community. We will also describe a few of the papers presented, and talk about a few of the broad research themes that came out of the conferences. A number of Change members were able to attend the conferences, and they will be available to take questions and talk about some of their impressions.
