This Thursday at Change we will be hosting a talk by Brent Barker, the Travel Security and Information Manager at the UW Office of Global Affairs. Since many people in our group travel frequently to conduct research, we thought it would be useful for Brent to come in and discuss the services provided to UW students and staff members. Brent will be discussing some examples of emergency incidents that can occur while traveling and provide an overview of the UW Global Emergency Management Plan. He will also provide details about how researchers who are traveling for short periods of time can make the most of these services. So if you plan on traveling as a student at UW, come with questions for Brent and make the most of his presentation!
Please join us for sandwiches, and to learn more about the travel services provided by the UW Office of Global Affairs! *What:* Brent Barker from the Office of Global Affairs on UW Travel Services *When:* Thursday, April 14th at noon *Where:* Paul Allen Center, Room 203 -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
