developing countries, is exploring hiring one or more Program
Managers. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of a
large scale carbon financed water treatment program, and business
development for an emerging remote monitoring technology designed to
improve evaluation efforts. Minimum four years experience in relevant
fields preferred. Preference paid to applicants with graduate degrees
in business, public health or engineering. Position will include at
least 25% travel within North America, Europe, and Africa. Position
preferably based in Portland, Oregon. ?Starting salary is between
