The Global Impact Study is leading an open session (http://ictd2012.org/opensessions/202) on Monday, March 12 from 2:30pm-6pm about open research and open data. The session will provide a background of the Global Impact Study and our open research approach, as well as give participants the opportunity to learn more about our survey instruments and dig into the user survey data. The session will also explore the challenges and practical issues of opening up large datasets to the public. The session is, of course, open, so there is no need to RSVP.
