Our vision is to create a world where children everywhere are learning with understanding. By "learning with understanding", we broadly mean that a student really understands a concept or a skill and is able to apply the learning in different contexts, as opposed to learning content by rote. Educational Initiatives is in the process of starting computer based personalized education centers in urban slums of Delhi which will cater to poor kids and will be supported by the Central Square Foundation. In these centers, Mindspark, an adaptive learning program will be used to teach students the Hindi language and Maths (in Hindi). They are looking to hire the following roles (details attached) 1.
