Job Description: The Postdoctoral Associate will be joining a team of researchers developing innovative computing and mobile technology literacy tools. The project will be jointly developed between Carnegie Mellon’s Pittsburgh and Qatar campuses and is funded by a 3-year Qatar National Research Fund grant. The project will require assessing the impacts of ICT in both developed and developing communities which demands a dynamic model that can be applied to various field research settings. We are looking for an evaluation expert to lead the creation and testing of an evaluation framework for assessing the impact of the tools that will be developed for improving English literacy skills for children and adults.
