And if you are interested in getting involved with iHub/iHub Research folks but
aren't in a position to move to Nairobi, Angela Crandall, iHub Research Project
Manager, and I are going to run a joint research group with Kenyan and UW
students in the fall.

We're working on the details, but the general goal is gaining collaborative
research experience to inform some product or service design (most likely
mobile), and we're thinking of potentially working with Somali communities in
Nairobi and Seattle. We'll use skype liberally for the project, and students
will work in teams across the two sites. If you're interested in participating,
let me know. o Both undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to
participate.

Best,
Beth
