We are organizing a panel on the topic 'Micro-volunteering: Helping the
Helpers in Development' at CSCW 2013, TX.
The idea is to discuss the crowdsourced microtasking effort on the
volunteering side. A wiki is setup at
http://cscw2013.wikispaces.com/microvolunteering which is picking up an
interesting discussion on the nitty-gritties of the related issues. The
idea is to zero in on some key points to discuss during the panel.
If you have an opinion or thoughts/experiences to share, please do
contribute to the wiki. The panel will take place on Monday morning.
