on mHealth related studies produced by the ICTD community from
practitioners and health experts.  The second is a focused discussion

*(1) Sign up for the new mHealth Evidence Community of Practice beginning
March 25*

The new mHealth Evidence Community of Practice (CoP) is being launched by
the mHealth Alliance and the mHealth Evidence Working Group. This mHealth
Evidence CoP will cover a wide range of evaluation issues, including
reviews of existing evidence, designing and implementing studies, and
identifying barriers to mHealth evaluation and will feature  regular
updates by leading practitioners.  ****

The CoP will begin discussion on March 25 with William Philbrick drawing on
his recent report on the current state of evidence with mHealth and
MNCH<http://www.mhealthalliance.org/images/content/un_007_evidencegapreport_digital_aaa.pdf>.
The following week, beginning April 1, Shariq Khoja will lead a discussion
on his Baseline Evaluation survey for mHealth. Future discussions will be
led by James BonTempo on the upcoming mHealth Evidence
Database<http://www.mhealthevidence.org/>and Hamish Fraser on the
lessons for mHealth from the broader eHealth
community.****

mHealth Alliance's knowledge sharing platform; then****

2) Choose Connect, and go to Communities of Practice. ****

Prior to the launch of the mHealth Evidence COP, the mHealth Working

Alliance <http://www.mhealthalliance.org/>  are co-hosting an online
discussion forum March 18-22, 2013 on scale-up and sustainability of
mHealth projects.  This online discussion forum aims to gather input from
the global community about their opinions on and experience with scale-up
and sustainability. The discussion follows the recent Skoll World Forum
debate series on Moving beyond
