Hi All,

Liberia recently announced a public private partnership (PPP) outsourcing
pre-K and primary education.  The deal is with Bridge International
Academies - a large education innovation company with operations in Kenya
and Uganda.  The Bridge model focuses on training community educators and
providing them with materials and lesson planes via tablets.
