It appears that they have
their own mapping data and mapping engine (either custom written with
purchased maps data or purchased app and data) since it's not watermarked
with anything (Google, Yahoo, etc) They've put together a heck of an app, but
you could easily do the same thing with Google maps (polylines, custom
markers), with the exception of the smaller click-and-drag selection map,
afaik. The IP's would have to be info bubbles too.
