I used to let it serve up http requests for a simple website. I could dig all the bits and pieces up and get it running again if you would like to check it out. The version is pretty old though. Another novelty item I have is my 3rd generation IPOD that I installed linux on. It dual boots. :) I could demo that too. Mostly I did this as an experiment.
