Hi -

This is for the archive, in case it comes up for somebody.

On Fedora 23 (I started with the bento/fedora-23 vagrant image):

  make test-venv

resulted in an error like

gcc: error: /usr/lib/rpm/redhat/redhat-hardened-cc1: No such file or
directory

Fedora 23 seems to have a not-quite-working gcc and it's necessary
to do

  sudo dnf install redhat-rpm-config

to get it working right.

See
 https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-gate/+bug/1424582

This looks like a problem with Fedora 23 to me, so I'm not noting
it in the Chapel documentation. I'm hoping that other people who
run into this issue will at least find this email.
