I'm curious whether the non-ascii symbols in the spec were corrected by
https://github.com/chapel-lang/chapel/pull/3710 (the pdf isn't online yet).
`make spec` isn't recognized anywhere in the repo's file tree I've tried,
but I have tried:
cd doc/sphinx && make latexpdf
and
cd spec && make
The former gives:
