Hi Chapel Users and Developers:

I am pleased to announce Chapel development moved to github.com as of
yesterday! In addition, the Chapel license and contributors agreement changed
to Apache v2.0.

The chapel-lang organization on GitHub has the current chapel repo, which
replaces the repo on SourceForge.

chapel-lang org: https://github.com/chapel-lang
chapel repo: https://github.com/chapel-lang/chapel

Chapel users currently working from trunk should clone a copy of the repo from
GitHub and continue working from master.

Chapel developers should sign and return the new Apache contributor license
agreements<https://github.com/chapel-lang/chapel/tree/master/doc/developer/contributorAgreements>
 as described in
ContributorInfo.txt<https://github.com/chapel-lang/chapel/blob/master/doc/developer/bestPractices/ContributorInfo.txt>.
The ContributorInfo.txt file also includes detailed instructions about
Chapel’s workflow under GitHub and how to contribute.

Thanks!

Thomas Van Doren
