I am experimenting with lex and parse of chapel. I find that after modifying the lex or yacc files(chapel.lex & chapel.ypp), if I simply run make at $CHPL_HOME, it does not make the parser. I should run make parser at compiler/parser folder and then make at $CHPL_HOME.
Why is it so?
