Hello, I am CHEN-YEN-SU Eisha, I study maths and computer science at the university Paris Diderot. I'm very interested about the project "Your favorite application or library in Chapel". I would like to ask two questions regarding this project:
-Do we have to implement a library using the Chapel language? Or do we have to bind an already existing library written in another language? Or something else? (by the way, I wonder if there a way to do bindings between Chapel and Rust, I haven't seen anything related to this maybe it is not possible yet) -Proposing something about porting a library that allows to manipulate cellular automata could be interesting or not ?
