Hello Chapel Developers,
With recent work on LLVM as my GSoC project convenient testing of LLVM IR
became necessary. I'd like to request some feedback for the Chapel test
suite feature I plan to implement, it's not something big or particularly
difficult, but since it is related to tool chapel developers use everyday I
think it is important for everyone to take look at. I've put all necessary
