G'day, This summer(as a part of GSoC project) we worked on implementing a Chapel plugin for the Protocol Buffers <https://developers.google.com/protocol-buffers> compiler and a module for supporting user side protobuf operations.
We need a review for naming user side APIs. Currently, we have 2 user exposed methods, `writeToOutputFile` and `parseFromInputFile`. It would be great if we have some suggestions regarding naming these methods. We have a specific issue <https://github.com/chapel-lang/chapel/issues/16207> for this on the chapel repo. In the interest of merging my work onto Chapel master prior to the end of the GSoC period, it would be helpful if we could receive any feedback by the 13th of August.
