Hi Chapel Developers and Users --
We originally floated this idea a year or two ago, but then didn't end up
acting on it for various reasons. Now it's come up again under different
(yet mysteriously similar) circumstances:
If Chapel were to switch from its current model (the BSD license and a
custom contributor agreement) to using the Apache license and
contributor's agreement, would this cause anyone any heartache or
hardship?
