I have the following questions about Chapel: - Does Chapel allow for adding new locales during the run time? - Can Locales be distributed over different number of nodes during the run time? - Can a Chapel program continue running despite the loss of some locales (due to node crash for example)? - Is there an API that can be used to simulate locale loss (Locale.kill() for example)?
