I already installed Chapel Software from Source forge,net. I learn
Quickly Chapel programming language form various internet source one of the
Chapel Cray site.
Now I have good experience of Chapel language.I am interested In GSOC-16
project title Incremental compilation and Begin expression.I already made
project proposal .Please guided me further more about above 2 project so i
will make good project proposal
