For those of you interested in the machine learning code mentioned at
CHIUW2016, it has been posted to this github repository:

An attempt has been made to clean it up as much as possible for community
consumption - there were several data pre-processing steps that have been
removed to make it easier to manage.
If you try the code and find it's broken, missing something, or is
incomplete, please contact me or post a bug report to github so the sources
can be fixed.
