Hello all, I was recently thinking about the pulp magazine 'Weird Tales' to which we all owe a great debt of gratitude for delivering to us such fantastic talent as Lovecraft, Howard, C.A. Smith and a wide variety of others. Several years ago while shopping the magazine rack at my local Barnes & Noble store, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Weird Tales was back in print. I never subscribed (probably should have) as one of the joys of life (for me anyway) is to find the latest issue of one of your favourite mags shinning like new money on the stand.
I have'nt seen many issues of Weird Tales on the stands lately. I visited the website of DNA Publications that now own the franchise, and subscribed to their list group but have recieved nothing as of yet. I was wondering if anybody here had any idea whether or not Weird Tales is still in publication, or if DNA is defunct or what? Any information any of you can provide as to the status of the truly unique magazine please post it. Thanks in advance, your fiendish friend, E.C. Cleery ------------------------ Yahoo!
