Dear Neighbors,

A week has passed and we are still missing our youngest cat, Boo Radley.  I have gone door-to-door in the 3000 block of Guilford and on 30th and 31st Streets, talking to people, passing out flyers, searching for Boo.  I plan to do the 3000 block of Abell tonight, which is across the alley from us.  There have been a few false alarms - at least two other black cats live in our vicinity! - but no sign of Boo.  I have checked the pound and the SPCA, with no results.  I have looked in gutters, up and down alleys, streets, and yards, and have not found a body or at least a sign of him.  We think someone may have taken him in.  If you know of someone who just got a "new" black cat, please let me know.

Here is a description again: all black cat, yellow eyes, no collar (he repeatedly takes them off), full-grown but small in stature, silky short fur, lots of personality.  He was last seen in our backyard at 3049 Guilford on Monday November 1.

It's amazing how much it hurts.  We love our cats as if they were our children, and one of our children has been missing for a week!  Please keep your eyes open.  If you see a black kitty in the vicinity of Guilford and 30th or 31st Streets, PLEASE call me or leave a message at 410.243.6475, on my cell at 703.244.6732, or at work at 202.364.7272.

Thanks,

Sarah
