I heard that someone is buying 2907 Calvert, and the interesting thing is that she is selling her house in Mt. Washington to move here.  I know of a few people who have sold houses here to move to Mt. Washington, but this is the first I've heard recently of the opposite phenomenon!

This is Hargrove House, the former bed-and-breakfast that the
McCarty's used to run.� I heard it sold for over $600,000 but
needs a lot of work, including roof repairs.
