I mentioned in an earlier e-mail that according to UPS tracking, a
package had been delivered yesterday afternoon but was not there when I
got home a little before 9 p.m. I am happy to report that the package
had been picked up by a neighbor anxious to prevent theft, and I
received the package this morning.
But it remains true that the Baltimore City Police report an upswing in
burglaries. So we definitely need to watch for suspicious activity and
to get the Neighborhood Walkers going.
