Peabody Heights Resident Homeowners Alliance, Inc., are pleased to
announce another successful coat drive, which has resulted in our
being able to provide coats
to students in Barclay Elementary/Middle School, Dallas Nicholas
Elementary School and upon completion of their demographic study
Margaret Brent Elementary/Middle School. The year in keeping with the
needs of the community, Heart's Place Shelter and The Book Thing also
assisted our organization in getting coats to those who need them. We
currently have 30 coats that are being washed, checked for repairs and
ready to deliver to either Margaret Brent Elementary/Middle School
upon completion of their demographic study and should Margaret Brent not
want these coats for whatever reason, they can be sent to both Barclay
and Dallas Nicholas as there are needs for the coats at those
locations. The members of Peabody Heights Resident Homeowners
Alliance, Inc., hope to continue this coat drive during this time of
year to assist those families that may require these coats for their
families. It is our way of bringing families together in this
community and those who send their children to the schools within
Greater Charles Village.
So thanks to all those people who have supported this venture and we
hope to be able to provide for more people in the future.
