Dear Charles Village Community Benefits District Resident,
Please be reminded that the CVCBD's annual spring meeting at which the CVCBD's
2009-2010 Budget will be presented is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at Lovely Lane
United Methodist Church, 2200 Saint Paul Street, tomorrow, March 23, 2009.
The budget reflects a proposal that, due primarily to fical constraints, that
the Security Program be reimagined in a way that would eliminate staff safety
patrols and instead focus on community safety education and organization of
citizens on patrol walks. Current sanitation efforts would be expanded under
the new budget.
Please plan to attend this meeting to learn more about these proposals and to
let your opinion be known. Please also extend this invitation to others in the
community who may not be on this distribution list.
