Depends on what you mean by "Chinese". Authentic Chinese -- no. One of my big pet peeves about Baltimore. Szechuan House in Lutherville will cook you authentic Chinese food but you have to know what to order. My brother likes Hunan Manor in the Columbia/Ellicott City area.
